These terms govern your use of Relay's rental due diligence services. By requesting a report or making a payment, you agree to them.

1. What Relay provides

Relay independently verifies available evidence — such as identity documents, ownership or employment records, and references — related to a rental transaction, and delivers a structured written report to help you make a decision. Relay does not act as a broker, agent, or party to any rental agreement.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Relay verifies the evidence available to us at the time of the report. We do not guarantee the future behavior, reliability, or conduct of any tenant, landlord, or property, and our reports should be used as one input into your decision, not a substitute for your own judgment.

3. Accuracy of information provided to us

You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you provide. Relay is not liable for outcomes resulting from false or incomplete information supplied by you or third parties involved in the verification.

4. Payments

Fees are shown before payment and processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share with Relay is used only to complete the verification you requested, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Relay's liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the fee paid for that report.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
