• Payment confirmation details from our payment partner, Razorpay (we do not store your card or bank details ourselves).

We use the information you provide solely to carry out the verification you requested — reviewing documents, contacting references, and confirming identity or ownership details — and to prepare and deliver your report.

3. Who we share it with

We may contact the landlord, tenant, employer, or referenced parties named in your request as part of verification. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We retain report data and supporting documents for as long as needed to resolve disputes or corrections, and delete or anonymize records on request where we are not legally required to retain them.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to any ongoing verification or legal retention requirements, by contacting us below.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to the team members working on your report.
